I've gone into more detail in Lore posts on the Patreon, but Khaburanian citizens all have some degree of levitation magic, which is actually a result of microscopic magical mineral concentrations present in the soil there. Anyone who eats vegetables grown in that soil, or meat from animals who do the same, gains these magical properties, which over the span of several years, becomes a permanent effect.
Saberic and Khari are both from Khaburan, but Saberic technically has the edge as he's the only party member with actual, fully-functioning wings (since Eira's are really only good for gliding).
Sadly, this edge doesn't really help him due to his, uh, non-confrontational nature.
